1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DomainEvery platform (domainevery.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of the Marketplace
DomainEvery is a premium domain marketplace. You may browse, purchase, make offers on, reserve, or list domain names subject to the conditions below:
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of ICANN policies.
- Automated scraping, mass querying, or abuse of the search system is prohibited.
3. Domain Listings & Prices
All domain prices are displayed in the currency configured for your region. Prices are set by sellers and are subject to change without notice. DomainEvery does not guarantee that any listed domain will remain available.
4. Reserve & Purchase Flow
The 12-hour and 24-hour reserve options temporarily lock a domain for your account. The reserve fee is non-refundable if you do not proceed to purchase. Completed purchases are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms.
5. Offers & Negotiations
Submitting an offer does not guarantee a sale. Sellers may accept, reject or counter any offer at their discretion. DomainEvery acts as an intermediary and is not a party to individual negotiations.
6. Seller Obligations
Sellers must list only domains they legally own or control. Misrepresentation of ownership, fraudulent listings, or attempts to sell domains already transferred elsewhere will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Transfer Process
After a completed purchase, DomainEvery coordinates the domain transfer process. Sellers are required to initiate the transfer within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Failure to do so may result in a refund to the buyer.
8. Fees & Commission
DomainEvery charges a marketplace commission on completed sales. The commission rate is disclosed to sellers before listing. Buyers pay the listed price with no additional hidden fees beyond applicable taxes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on DomainEvery, including design, code, and copy, is owned by or licensed to DomainEvery. Domain names themselves are owned by their respective registrants.
10. Limitation of Liability
DomainEvery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to domain valuation disputes, failed transfers, or third-party payment processing errors.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
