Terms of Sale
These terms describe the technical purchase flow for owner-managed domain names. Final commercial and legal terms must be approved by the operating legal entity before launch.
Order and reservation
A domain is reserved only when the server creates a valid order. Reservations are time-limited. A second buyer cannot obtain a live checkout reservation for the same domain while an active reservation exists.
Payment
Payment success is determined only by a verified server-to-server notification from the configured payment provider. A browser redirect or success page is not proof of payment.
Transfer
After confirmed payment, the seller initiates the registrar transfer and records transfer progress. The sale is completed when the transfer is confirmed and the domain status becomes SOLD. Refund, tax, cancellation and jurisdiction-specific rights must be finalized in the production legal text.
